It is hard to get the motivation

Though full of great intention and good will

Our resolve eroded by temptation

The hourglass of time just will not stand still

Alternatives eating away at us
The lure of taking the easy way out

Run ten kilometers or get the bus

Taking the easy option fuels self-doubt

Less is more - the habitual problem

The easy addiction of apathy

Trying to elevate from the bottom

Going through every day absently

Wanting to achieve our aspirations

We must work on our foundations
